Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs, separated
  • 1 /4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1 /4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 /8 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: crispy bacon bits
  • Toast for serving

    Carefully separate eggs, placing whites in a large bowl and yolks in individual small bowls.

    Beat egg whites with salt until soft peaks form.

    Fold in Parmesan cheese, chives, and pepper gently.

    Create 4 cloud-shaped mounds of egg white mixture on the baking sheet.
