Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2Carefully separate eggs, placing whites in a large bowl and yolks in individual small bowls.
- 3Beat egg whites with salt until soft peaks form.
- 4Fold in Parmesan cheese, chives, and pepper gently.
- 5Create 4 cloud-shaped mounds of egg white mixture on the baking sheet.
- 6Make a well in the center of each mound.
